Check List

Green = A Compulsory task that has been completed I made my checklist so I could keep on top of all my pre-production work and I knew exactly what I need to be doing in order to come out with the most successful media product. Not only did I complete all of the compulsory tasks I also completed other additional tasks. This is relevant to my pre-production because if I didn't have a checklist I wouldn't know which tasks are most important and which ones I have done/haven't done/need to do. Weather Forecast

Image
Weather forecast for November, Sheffield These are just general weather checks as November is one month away so it cant be 100% correct so I will do a further weather check closer to the time. Its important to have the right weather conditions while filming as you don’t want it to be raining in a scene where its described as being sunny. Especially weather has connotations and sets certain moods. For example: during funeral scenes its always dark and gloomy/raining and cheerful scenes like someone getting a new job would be bright and sunny. So therefore weather conditions have to be perfect in order for you to have the effect on the audience you intend to.

Shot List

Image
Shot list These images are the ones I used to create one of the versions of my story board. These images are what I want my opening scene to look like. I have a wide ra nge of different shot types that i will be using in my movie in these images. A shot list is important to the pre-production process as because as I am the camera crew its important that I know what angles are good, have the best effect and if they work. if i use shot types that don't give the effect i want it could give my movie a poor outcome.
